Day 1 - Arrive
Day 2 - In the morning excursion to the estate of the resort, immersed in a natural park and dotted with 32 XV century watermills. Have a picnic lunch and back to the resort to observe and learn everything about the flour milling inthe "Granoteca".
Dinner and overnight at the resort
Day 3 - A 3 hours hands-on class with the chef and the Landlady, followed by lunch and taste of the recipes.
