Class starts in the morning and includes lunch.
The restaurant is situated in the hearth of the Iblean Baroque area, the historic center of Ragusa Ibla in a unique location.
The Chef's cuisine is based on the local tradition and is 'paired' with a huge choise of wines (over 1000 on the list).
"I was born and brought up in a family where all the women were outstanding cooks in the home, even my grandfather and father knew their way around a kitchen so it's easy to see how my profession is part of my DNA.
I started out by washing dishes. I chose to have this experience as an escape from the routine of adolescent life. I had actually decided to embark on an artistic career as I was passionate about design and figurative art in general, but I was seized by this world which has since become my profession.
It was about 20 years ago when I embarked on the road of becoming a chef and even from the start I aimed for restaurants of the highest quality. At first it seemed like a dream, but today it is a reality".
